"Dr. Thomas and her staff have managed to create a warm, friendly, home like feeling in a dentist office. I've never experienced such a since of relaxation and calm in a dental office. Ttmhey don't overbook therefore your time with them doesn't seem rushed. Dr. Thomas and her staff, Tran, Esther and Nicole just to name a few are professional and personable. They have fostered an environment whereas you don't feel like just another patient you feel as if they care about you and your family. Dr. Thomas and her staff talk you through each step throughout every procedure. They try to ensure that you are educated and comfortable with your dental health. I've been a patient for more the five years. The only negative for me is their call back time. If you leave a message they ask you to allow them up to 72 hours to return the call. In my opinion 3 days is to long of await for a call back. Other than that I highly recommend Arena Dental."
