"My whole experience was terrible. The receptionist called my daughter a boy, with her paperwork in her hand that clearly states she is a girl. Then, my appointment was at 10:30. I asked for a refund at 10:50 since I had been there since 8. She come with an attitude calling me Ebony like we friends. Every other patient was called Mr. or Mrs. with their last name. They put me in a room with a new girl. She couldn’t do my Xray (per her own admission that she was new) correctly so she decided to have me do a different Xray and charge me again. On top of that, they claimed my wait was long because they were busy. I guess talking about food stamps, snacks at the office and home, and being reported by a patient is busy. The one staff said she put on social media, Who got Easter Baskets Today and highlighted the EBT. So unprofessional. I forgot, they share Sam Clubs cards. I still didn’t get everything I needed. I will not return again. They didn’t even give me a bag with the free toothbrush. I saw every other patient leave with one, no matter their age."

"This place is Terrible every time that I had Work completed I was over Charged. They never want to Refund my Money my Insurance informed me that I was suppose to pay 1261 and they told me it was not there responsibilty to get a pre determination and I had to pay and extra 600 Dollars. also I work was not completed correctly. THE OFFICE manager Tanya attitude was terrible she was not understanding my frustration with and additional $1000 bill."
