"I called today at approximately 1030am to schedule a new patient appointment. The lady by the name of Kapai/ Amalia doesnt really understand what im saying. So im trying to explain to her my situation. I told her i was currently at work and had to disconnect the call and will call back. I called back 3 times from the same previous number they dont answer. I call from another number they answer. I asked them was their problem was and why were they screening my calls? They then got quiet. I asked for the manager and the girl says her name is Maria but sounded like the same girl before. It seem to me they were playing games. I asked the so called manager Maria how would Dr. Daniel feel about him losing money because they want to play at the front desk. I asked for his contact information and number and provided them with my information hoping they do the right thing. They sounded like young immature females. I asked if Dr. Daniel owned the practice and ahe stated yes. I was looking forward to getting services done at this practice but this definitely went out the door. The first time calling as a new patient and they do that. Thats not a good look for his practice. Stop playing with folks"

"My first appointment was for a tooth extraction and I was a little nervous because it was my first tooth extraction; but i didn’t feel a thing even though the tooth was as stubborn as a mule. The staffs and the doctor were all kind, friendly, and professional. Some people prefer a friendly conversation and a little personal time before a procedure in order to feel comfortable and relaxed, but i’m not really a people person and i’m a grown woman so my experience was awesome."
