"If you actually care about your tried and the health of their teeth, DO NOT bring them to this dentist! My son has been seen here once for a teeth cleaning which they did little to nothing during the cleaning. ALL of the tools were left untouched and they only rinsed his mouth with water but still billed my insurance like they had cleaned his teeth and fill/access a cavity. They wanted for me to arrange a sedation and get his teeth cleaned then, some time in January. I refused to do so since they had done such a poor job on his first cleaning with them and I told them that he needed to come in for an actually cleaning this month. He is on the state insurance as well as my insurance through my employer and they said that since they had already billed me for the cleaning that they did below the bare minimum on that they would still need to try to bill my insurance again but if it’s denied they will then his state insurance. I challenged them on why not just billing the state insurance and she said that is just how it has to be done and I told her that I have already spoken with the state insurance and they said all that would need to be done is for me to provide the dentist with his ID info and I let her know that I would be calling the state insurance customer service after the call with her to confirm what she is saying is true and at that point she said that she was not going to see my child anymore and was taking him off their list since she was not making me happy. I am completely in disbelief and beyond disappointed in a PEDIATRIC DENTISTRY as such! They are clearly only about getting over on people and not truly caring for the health of children or their teeth! I truly wish I never stepped foot in this office! They are completely fraudulent"
