"I must start out by stating my FAVORITE person at Lifestyle Dentistry the receptionist, Ms.Vernetta!!! Her smile and energy when you enter the office is EVERYTHING!!! If dentist/doctors really knew what a difference it makes when the front line person/people have a positive and genuine personality. I had my 2nd teeth cleaning at Lifestyle Dentistry and it was a great experience. The hygienist was very thorough and talked me through everything she did. She even suggested I get a water pik to assist with the flossing process which no one else ever has. So far, I am enjoying the services I have received."
"Experience was nice, everyone is friendly and welcoming. Only problem is I feel I was misinformed when signing up for the health plan. So just a heads up for everyone, there’s a $100 fee for each appointment you make, not a deposit but an additional fee. I remember specifically asking if there was any extra fees and was told no, I also read the contract and it doesn’t mention this $100 fee. This is something that should be told up front so unfortunately I’m stuck paying the bill."
