"How this place has any five star reviews is beyond me. It took 1.5 hours of waiting just for someone to come in and tell me I needed to spend hundreds of dollars out of pocket. My appointment was for a regular cleaning and I didn’t even get to leave with that because they refused to do it. If it feels like a scam…"

"Came in for a new patient exam and cleaning. The Dr. was nice, however this practice does insurance fraud. I was told that I needed a deep cleaning. I was cool with that however as a dental professional I know what a deep cleaning consist of. When someone gets a deep cleaning you usually numb the patients mouth or use Oraquix to numb certain areas. I did not get numb nor was Oraquix or any other numbing agent used. The Dr. only used the cavitron to clean my teeth and then irrigated and polish. No hand scalers were used to remove anything below the gum line because I didn’t have any subgingival calculus. Also when a person gets a deep cleaning, you never polish same day because the gums are too irritated and need time to heal. I had bleeding upon probing because the Dr. was rough during that part of the exam. So yes my gums were bleeding due to excessive pressure when probing. I said all the above because this office does insurance fraud. What I received was a regular prophy with irrigation not a scaling and root planning. The average dental patient wouldn’t know the difference so therefore they are stuck getting scam by offices like this. So just be aware of offices like this when choosing a dental home."

"Came here last year. Every time they were about to do a specific cleaning or filling, they shoved a credit card machine in my face. Paid over $500 for a deep cleaning that turns out, I didn’t even need after I went to another dentist for a second opinion. Misdiagnosed me with a gum disease. Also did a filling carelessly to the point I have to get it redone only 4 months after."

"I went in for a new patient cleaning and was informed all four of my wisdom teeth needed to be extracted. Spoke over the phone with front office representative and was quoted for the procedure but never emailed or received a copy of the estimate. A month later on the night before the appointment I was called to be told the estimate was double what I was quoted and since all I had was a word of mouth estimate that the employee somehow didn’t remember giving me that I would owe double what the original estimate was. I was also told my insurance had changed which I could easily prove was not the case. Not a way to run a business or retain clients."

"The incredible women in this office are the best of the best! I have hated going to the dentist’s office all of my life. Now, I only have moderate displeasure. At least, until Dr. Blissett walks in. Then we’re all good! From the billing specialists, to the dental assistants, and hygienist. Very literally a world class team. Keep up the incredible work."
