"Love the doctors. But there is one receptionist in particular who has made my life a living hell in the last three days. I reached out to have a referral sent to an ENDO that I chose since they are my general dentist office, and are well aware of the root canal I need done immediately. What they sent me was a referral form of another ENDO's practice. The endo I chose cannot accept a referral from an endo, they need it from my general dentist practice i.e. JLM. I call to inform her that I need a new referral form, she states there is nothing they can send me or the other office, and tells me to have the office reach out to them. The endo I chose did so to no avail. NO one has answered the phones or returned calls. Even my own. I am absolutely miserable, unable to work and am suffering doing normal things like brushing my teeth or even caring for myself and my home."

I shared with her a negative experience from a previous dental office where I felt misled about necessary services and costs. Dr. Lee took the initiative to review my information and, surprisedly, informed me that the details I had been provided were inaccurate. She clarified the actual state of my dental health and assured me that the other office had provided misleading information. I look forward to my next visit to JLM Dental and seeing Crystal and Dr. Lee again. It's clear that this practice values not only the oral health of its patients but also the importance of creating a space where everyone feels valued and represented. Kudos to JLM Dentistry for an outstanding first impression, and I highly recommend this dental practice to anyone seeking quality care in a diverse and inclusive setting."
