"Went to get my meds refilled, had a question about the price, the older long gray haired pharmacist got an attitude with me, slammed my medication down . We needless to say I changed pharmacys. So unprofessional. All my family has changed now ."

"I moved from Rockmart Ga. To Centre Alabama. At Rockmart they would text me monthly to notify me when my prescription was ready and I would pick it up. I called Rockmart pharmacy to transfer the service to Centre. They told me I would call the Centre location. The person who answered refused to provide the same service."

"I was looking for a specific prescription medication. I called many pharmacies to see if it was available. When I called Centre Wal-Mart pharmacy, they refused to tell me if they had it until they had the prescription. No other Wal-Mart pharmacy or any pharmacy that I called gave me a problem, except for Center Wal-Mart pharmacy. The lady pharmacist is very rude and very unprofessional."

"Last friday my doctor’s office sent over prescriptions for a zpak and a cough suppressant, since I got diagnosed with bronchitis. I also requested an inhaler (for my asthma) and advair. Went to pick up my prescriptions at this location after my doctor’s visit. I was told by them it’s ready, when they had two ready, I asked about the other two and was told my doctor’s office didn’t send it. I called the doctor’s office and they said they would resend it. I was miserable, so I went home with my bronchitis medications only. Monday morning I called this location and was told that my doctor’s office still didn’t send it over, called my doctor’s office again and they said they did send it and they would send it again. Wednesday morning I called the pharmacy again and was told the same thing, so I called the doctor’s office and they said they would send it again. I called the pharmacy this morning and they still didn’t have my prescriptions. I called my doctor’s office, they sent the prescriptions again and even called to verify with the manager that my prescriptions were received and going to be filled today by 2pm. I got out of work around 330p and was at the pharmacy by 348p. I approach the counter, expecting two packages but Jennifer said that only one was ready. When I asked why, she gave me attitude and told me I should have called them at the pharmacy beforehand. I explain to her that I have been calling them and my doctor’s office since friday. She said I should have called before coming to pick them up and the reason they didn’t fill the inhaler is because insurance didn’t cover it. I asked her why didn’t they call me. I explain I am an asthmatic and in need of an inhaler and been trying to get one since friday and I said that it didn’t matter if insurance didn’t cover it and to please fill it, I need it. With attitude inflection in Jennifer’s voice, well did you want to wait for the other one and pay for them together or? I said I can pay for this one now and how long for the other. In process of paying for the one that was ready, Jennifer tried to start helping the customer behind me and Jennifer told Holly that the customer (I.e. me) swiped the card too many times without her clearing it. So Holly came to finish the transaction with me and asked me to get back in line to wait for the other prescription and it should be ready by the time it was my turn again. While in line being next, Jennifer tells me that I can have seat and she will let me know when it’s ready, again with snarky attitude, but the male pharmacist said mine was ready and just need the papers to print Jennifer’s response was “okay, good” with attitude. Finally, after almost a week I get my asthma medications. As I was about to leave the parking lot, the customer that Jennifer went to help while I was trying to pay for my first prescription approached me and said that she wanted to apologize for the girl behind the counter mistreating me the way she did. It’s really sad when a complete stranger can realize that I was being treated unfairly without due cause."

"This is the 3rd different occasion that I have called to either check on a prescription or price of a prescription. 2 times I was redirected 5 times with nobody answering and 1 time they didn't carry my medication, wouldn't even offer to order it, and was judgemental and rude about it. I now drive to Gadsden, an hour roundtrip out of my way, rather than here (6 minutes away) to deal with this poorly maintained attempt of a pharmacy."
