"I recently had an upper GI endoscopy and a colonoscopy at the center. I am a healthcare business consultant and have worked in healthcare for 47 years in clinical medicine and all business aspects of the field and regulatory compliance inspections as well. So managing and inspecting surgery centers has been and still is a big part of my day today business. So, when I go to any healthcare facility my mind is in my "automatic checklist mode".... since people pay me to find things wrong I'm always looking, and listening for violations of rules and for areas that could be improved. My experience at The Trinity Endoscopy Center was a hands down 5 STAR experience. I found nothing but efficiency, courtesy, wonderful and caring staff and of course a great physician in Dr Termanini. If this organization had hired and paid me to come there and do an inspection/survey of their facility I would have felt like they didn't get their moneys worth because there was not a single thing I could suggest for them to improve upon...... right down to that wonderful cup of coffee they had for me shortly after I opened my eyes when I woke up. And, when I woke up I didn't even know they had performed the two procedures....I thought I was still waiting for them to put me to sleep. All in all, if I could give them a ten star rating I would..... so I will anyway .... 10 Stars for Trinity Endoscopy Center and its fantastic staff and physicians. You all make it so easy to have a colonoscopy or endoscopy that no one should ever be afraid to have one or avoid it....cancer gets cured through preventive testing.... so if you are due for a test, this is the place to go without the slightest hesitation or fear....there's nothing to it... so make an appointment and possibly save your own life today!
