"They haven't been on time for the last 3 appointments. I'm going to quit coming early because I always end up wasting that time. They're always at least a half an hour behind schedule and seems to be no sense of urgency. I'm looking into another dentist in the area."

"The office manager is a complete jerk and extremely rude. They also have zero communications there as they gave me an appointment then couldn’t find the appointment. They also tried getting me to pay a bill that they refused to run my Delta Dental insurance through because “I should have brought it in before.” The office manger was super high and mighty and was extremely Ignorant around."

"Dr. Brown, his wife, and staff are beyond professional and some of the nicest people I know. They make going to the dentist a easy and enjoyable experience. While I was deployed to Afghanistan they sent my platoon care packages with toothbrushes and tooth paste that we used for ourselves and passed out to the kids in surrounding villages which made their day. Truly stand up people!"

"Dr. Brown I only met once and seemed nice enough. However, some of his staff is not. While in the office they continued to talk inappropriately about people, going to far as to call them names such as white trash. This all happened while their customers could hear. I would not recommend going to this business."
