"We come every 3 months for a shot. They say we don’t need an appointment just walk in and we will put you on the nurses schedule. Ok. Sounds great. Except every time they ask if we have an appt. First you wait for 29 min to see the receptionist then she says have a seat I’ll get back to you. Meanwhile we sit there for another 20 min. When it simply takes the nurse about 2 min when they finally call you back to get your shot. Some folks have to be at work and don’t have an hour to sit in your reception room for a 2 min shot. Ridiculous."

"Went in for my first pap this morning and I was just blown away by all of the friendly faces, considering I was one of the first patients seen by the staff. The receptionist was nice, helpful considering I was a first time patient there, the nurse who asked me my preliminary questions was a hoot!, and the nurse practitioner who took her time to console me on the proper ways to exam my own breasts at home and who made me feel comfortable throughout the exam(especially with the pap) by initiating conversation. Very upbeat, nice and friendly staff! Would definitely plan to go back here if the need arises. Thank you gals!"

"I sat in the waiting for literally an hour. I asked the receptionist what time was my appointment, thinking I was wrong, but nope....they were "running behind." Then I sat in the exam room for half an hour jist for the 7 minutes doctor visit. Afterwards I sat in the waiting room once again for another 30 minutes waiting for the lab tech!! I really do like the doctors but how the people schedule patients is beyond ridiculous!"

"Good luck getting anyone to even answer the phone. I transferred from all about women to family medical, simply because they were closer. BIG MISTAKE. Most of the receptionists are rude , the lady doing the scheduling seems clueless, and god forbid you have a serious problem, you’re placed on hold forever. The waiting room is filth. The actual doctors and practitioners ive came across have been wonderful , but the way things are ran are just wrong ."

"I would not suggest going to Dr. Grey. It's been over a week that I've gone without my birth control b/c she hasn't called it in, yet I have called the office every single day and received the same response stating that they "will send her a message". Not to mention my pharmacy has sent them three faxes. Very unprofessional."
