"The ladies were super nice inside the store but when I got into my truck and turn at the red light, the gallon of paint turned over and the the lid was laying to the side and my truck was full of paint! So when I called the guy, Jeff Hall, all he did was make excuses telling me something bout a guy dropping his paint in the parking lot ((hello this gallon of paint didn’t hit the pavement )) And say that there’s no way that everyone who touched the gallon didn’t notice that lid was not on correctly. But how easy have you ever seen a gallon of paint lid pop off like this after it had been hammered down correct."
"The manager of this store Jeff (late 40s) maybe is EXTREMELY IMMATURE and constantly belittles and berates his employees in particular a relative of mine. I have a good mind to call corporate or HR or however this facility works and let them know how childish this man acts to teenager or young adults. I’ve never had to meet a man before actually having an opinion of him. This is pathetic and ridiculous behavior."
"Always exceptional customer service here. Was filthy and I got several smiles and how can I help you. This is my hometown and I'm never disappointed with the service. Saw a bunch of new faces this visit, but "old faithful"...Cricket..was still there! These guys always give helpful advice and I've never left disappointed. We have 3 Ace hardware's in Rome and only 2 come close to this service. Keep smiling guys you're all wonderful!!!"
