When I came back they had the vehicle cleaned, tank was filled and all that was left to do was sign the papers. "Took my car to be serviced for an oil change and they didn’t put my heat shield on correctly. While on a road trip 250 miles from home the heat shield came off and is dragging the ground. You guys are absolutely terrible. I will never conduct business there again. Well after you fix it. If you couldn’t do the service then DONT touch the car."
