"I went for a birthday dinner, we had a couple of issues with our food, but the manager Ms. Christina went ABOVE & BEYOND to make sure that we were satisfied with everything. More restaurants need managers like her! She is the absolute best! Overall, my food was delicious, drinks were 10/10! I’ll definitely be back here. Thank you Ms. Christina!!!!!!"
"1/6/24 A complete disaster from start to finish. Anyone would agree that after a long and busy day, looking forward to a good meal with friends is not only deserved but earned and hard earned money spent on what was supposed to be a great time out with friends was a complete failure. 1. The silverware was dirty 2. We never received our bread. Ever. As we were settling the check we asked the “server” if we were supposed to get bread and she asked if “they” never gave it to us and then “server” asked if we wanted a to go bread. We never found out who “they” were. 3. Our drinks were not served until after the salad, tonion and main course. We had to ask three different people to get our drinks. Non alcoholic, just tea and soda. 4. One steak ordered medium was very rare, one steak ordered medium well was medium and the third dish had steak on it you could barely cut, much less chew. The person that ordered that almost choked on a piece. Needless to say. We won’t be going back."
"One of the better chain restaurants in the area. Of course you have to start with a blooming onion! It comes with a zesty dipping sauce. I had the bone-in ribeye which was cooked perfectly and very flavorful. We enjoyed our dinner very much."
"We had a very complicated order with 6 kids but Lauren did phenomenal. Highly recommend this location. We eat here on lunch very frequently and we put this above any steakhouse in the region."
"The reason why I never came back to this place was the hygiene, I found the place dirty, my cutlery was dirty, my plate was dirty and my cup had not been washed. The food arrived at the table cold, even the Corona beer was not good because it arrived warm, when you can't serve a cold beer you are already in serious trouble! And if you thought that wasn't enough they sent me the bill when I hadn't finished eating, it is sad to see a franchise go down the toilet for a poor staff training… THIS IS FOR THE MANAGER: sending the bill to your customers when they haven't asked for it is throwing your customers out on the street."
