"Not only did they not put the topping on we asked for, it apparently experience a major struggle on its trip to the house."

"The food is usually really good. Definitely the best option out of the delivery pizza joints nearby. Edit: I've bought pizza from this PJs now a few dozen times. It can be really good, but it can also be terrible and inconsistent. There have been a lot of bad experiences in the last year, but a few good ones as well. For example, ordering extra pepperoni only to have literally 5 pepperonis. Things like that. But if it is a good night, then it's still the best pizza delivery in the area."

"The older gentleman (only wording as such as I’m 37, and his grey beard says he’s just a tad older) running the front of your store tonight needs severe recognition! I hate I did not catch his name. However, after being a part of managing a Fortune 500 for nearly 15yrs now, I will tell you, I’d take the bearded gentleman that helped me tonight 100 to 1 over any other employee of mine or in your store tonight, hands down! I hate I didn’t catch his name, but you all know who he is! He was out working every other employee there. In the little time I was there in a line of 5, he handled a severe”Karen” with ease all the while taking care and keeping all customers informed, while keeping company interest in mind with the “Karen”! This man is a golden egg who I’d hire in a heartbeat over a very long list of millennials and Gen-z’s. Better take care of him!"

"I got the best pizza I have had in a while.staff was friendly while under pressure because of so many orders. All in all it's a good place."

"Paid extra for two sauces, received both about an 1/8 of the way full. It took me a single cheesy breadstick to finish off an entire container of pizza sauce. Instead of replacing them like any good business should, I was told I’d have to pay the extra 75 cents for each of the sauces again considering they could only give me a $5 credit for their mistakes and that credit was the cost of the delivery fee for them to bring me the sauces they failed to provide me with in the first place. There were also a number of other things that I found my self being treated rudely over, that I won’t rant on too long about, during my interactions with the current general “manager” (who loves aggressively talking over people for long periods of time) and their current store manager (who could definitely stand to learn some accountability for their failures as a business “manager”). I’d rather support a smaller business that would go out of their way to make sure people are happy than a large corporation that acts this shiesty over 75 cents “worth” of sauce. Also, the pizza was just alright."
