He went above by checking with my car care card customer service from Synchrony if I could use my card at Kraft and they said yes even though not listed as provider on their site. Cole was very patient. Worked in even extra service all while there. Dealership & service areas very clean. Water, coffee and snacks offered. Uber provided if wanted to go anywhere during serving.Very pleased"
