Ted's Montana Grill

"I took my girlfriend for dinner on Valentine's day and we both were so impressed. First of all, the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating! We sat at the bar and were immediately waited on. We ordered drinks and sipped on them while we looked at the impressive menu. I ordered the bone in Delmonico ribeye and my girlfriend had the bison brisket. My steak was cooked to perfection just like I ordered (medium rare) and it melted in my mouth and the brisket was tender and very tasty as well. The staff and the manager made us feel right at home. Great job to all at Ted's at Mill Creek in Buford Ga. Cheers!"

"*Edited: I gave them two stars but unfortunately had to bump it down to one star because I never got a call back or email from Jessica as they requested. It’s unfortunate that this local chain has really gone down hi in the past 10 years and customer service has become lackluster. My husband, daughter and I came to eat at the Buford location at 5:36 pm this evening. She hostess said it was going to be an hour wait. I thought that was pushing it but decided we could go look in some shops nearby. We came back to check on wait and the hostess says another 30 minutes. Pretty irritated but now it is almost 7:00 pm and getting seating anywhere nearby isn’t promising. I constantly check my phone for the “text” and I wait until 8:00 pm and go in again. The hostess doesn’t walk up for over 10 minutes. Once the hostess finally comes up, she looks like a deer in headlights. She said, “oh the texting isn’t working, I have been calling your name.” Outraged by this but thankful I get to eat , she sits us at our table. A server says the manager will be over. He doesn’t even ask why we are upset or apologize. He puts a nacho appetizer on table and says “for the long wait”, and storms off. I will have to say the burgers were very good. Mine was a little cold in middle (I ordered medium), but at this point, I just wanted to eat. The fries were also very cold. Our server, Kimberley was cute as a button and very attentive. I write reviews once a week and have to say.. this is my first negative one for a long time for Buford. My husband worked at the downtown Atlanta location and we were excited to experience the excellent food and service again. Such a disappointment."

"We celebrated my brother's birthday there. It was about 15 of us. The staff was very welcoming, helpful, and kind. They accommodated last minute change to the number of guest. The drinks were great and the food was delicious! Highly recommend and would come back."

"Went for lunch with co-workers. 1st time here. It was really, really good. Never had Bison b4. It could use a little more seasoning, however it was good. Our server Jennifer was very knowledgeable with the menu and made some good suggestions. I will be back."

"A MAJOR upgrade from the Longhorns experience last night! Waiter was awesome, food was on point (onion rings are so good!) Bison burger great, milk shake delicious! Even the cucumbers bites cleaned the palete and were great! The booth was CLEAN - everything was clean. Great experience."
