"I was yelled at by a middle aged man that was a black cashier that was obviously racist just for me trying to get in line. He was not only yelling and lying about service to me but also a Chinese man who needed balloons filled up. I told him that I buried my nephew today and I did nothing wrong; and that I'm going to the other line. He proceeded to threaten me and yell at me like he was a security guard or something. He also said he had to open in the morning and was closing tonight. Everyone in that store was staring at him, and the gentleman I let go ahead of me because I had more items than him knew I had previously been in line before him. He continued to yell at me even when I ignored him. have never had a problem with anyone at this store and the manger Mr. Booker is wonderful. This is disgusting behavior, and he saw I was disabled with a cane as well."

"Normally a 5, rushed over to buy pens.. says they are open till 10:00. Says 10 on the door too.. I think to myself, I made it just in time. I'm there at 9:50 grab a couple packs of pens and and get out of there. I try the door and it is locked.. I banged on the door. I can see that a register is open. A guy comes to the door and says they're closed. I say, I thought you closed at 10: 00.I am informed that the holiday hours are over and now its 9:00pm, as he rips down the sign that says 10pm. I don't know how long holiday hours last but I've been living on this side of town since March and it's always been 10:00 so I don't know what that's about maybe they just change their hours, but it would have been nice of them to have let me in to get, literally three packs of pens. I know I was coming late.. I wasn't trying to bother them, I was going to grab my stuff, would have taken all of 2 minutes, I have a job as a server and so I have to have pins and I always buy my pens there so I'm going to try to find somewhere else to buy some pens tonight but I'm disappointed. Usually a great store thoughh !"

"I recently had a disappointing encounter at this DollarTree, which I feel compelled to share. It all began with a simple online order I had placed for essential items, only to find that the manager's handling of the situation left much to be desired. First and foremost, let me preface this review by saying that I have been a loyal customer of DollarTree for quite some time, appreciating the convenience and affordability the store offers. However, the experience I had with the manager at this particular visit was far from satisfactory. I placed an online order, and went to pick up my items hassle-free. I arrived at the store, only to be told that my order had been given away to another customer. Understandably, mistakes can happen, but it's how they are rectified that truly defines customer service. The manager, Mark, handled the situation poorly. Instead of offering a sincere apology and a swift solution, I was met with indifference and excuses. There was no acknowledgment of their mistake, no attempt to make amends, and no willingness to take responsibility for the mix-up. Moreover, the manager's demeanor was less than professional. Their lack of empathy and unwillingness to assist made the situation even more frustrating. It felt as though my concerns were dismissed, and my time and effort were disregarded. In today's competitive retail landscape, exceptional customer service is paramount. A company's reputation often hinges on the way it handles mistakes and addresses customer concerns. In this case, the manager's actions fell short of DollarTree's reputation for affordability and convenience. In conclusion, my experience with the manager at DollarTree left me feeling disappointed. It is crucial for businesses, especially those in the retail sector, to prioritize excellent customer service and problem-solving. I hope that this review serves as a constructive critique and that it prompts the necessary improvements in staff training and customer care."

"I happened to stop in randomly last year while in Alpharetta and was amazed at how clean and organized the store is. I now travel all the way from Midtown just to visit this location. It’s always clean and organized and seems to have more stuff than any other dollar tree I’ve been to (not sure if this is just because it’s so organized you can actually see everything). At my first visit I actually had a conversation with the store manager, Mark, he said the key to a great store is teamwork. I had another successful trip today and decided to write a review this time. I actually reached out to corporate and let them know how impressed I was because this store should be the model for the rest of them. Keep up the good work!"
