"Very poor service - I made an appointment for service over a month in advance. When my appointment day arrived I dropped my vehicle off for service at the specified time. Each time I checked on the vehicle, I was given a new excuse. A week later no work had been completed for any of the repairs that I brought the vehicle in for. More excuses. I picked the truck up with nothing being fixed. The proper thing to do would be to tell me that you can't work on my vehicle and turn me away. I was told that the vehicles in front of me had been there for 6 weeks.... The service department is terrible."
