"Every time i make a mobile order. I ask for a straw and extra caramel drizzle in the special notes. They NEVER (98%) honor my request. Tonight, i stopped at their drive-thru. I asked the young lady at the window if they read the special notes. Her answer was yes, they read them, but they ignored your request because you asked. What a sad and pathetic response. Might be getting about time to start running to Duncan. Sad when you visit every day and support a business and they tell you to your face they don't care. I just smiled and said thank you to them as usual. Her response was so automatic and fast it appears that this "is" the level of service i should now come to expect. Thanks for the not so good coffee, guys!"
"I got the white hot chocolate and it just taste bad. I normally get the ribbon crunch frap but today I thought I’d get something new. It taste like they just made me warmed up milk. I come to this location a lot and have never had a problem till now."
"These are my people! Bless the ladies that work that drive thru! They are always so pleasant! My orders never been wrong, and even in busy times, I don't think I've ever had to wait more than 5 mins ... These guys at this location are the real mvp's!!"
"Quick friendly service, and everything I would expect from a Starbucks location. Line moved fast, and drink was made perfectly. It seemed the guy working the register was also working the drive through, probably not the best system for employees, but he handled it well. Nice outdoor seating area with fans. 4 stars because the bathrooms were quite messy. Overall good experience."
