"They are working with the police to scam people out of their money. Had to pay 25000$ for towing and the police didn't allow other towing services. Disconnected the drive shaft to tow the truck and refused to reconnect it. Made us pay 450$ just to reconnect the drive shaft. Never use them. I wish you the worst."

"This company needs to get shut down. Hopefully it does and the worthless owner never gets to open another company. They should not be allowed on a rotation program. Nothing but theives. I hope the law suits against them take them for everything they have. State of GA and DOT need to step in and close the doors. "$12k for 3 miles tow. It's wild west. The owner is one of the most arrogant person on earth. Theh are ripping off hard working truck drivers. State of GA needs to stop this madness. Pay the tow or he threatened to put a lean on the truck. Even If i was dieing on the side of the road i won't call them."

"READ THE REVEIWS! STAY AWAY! Complete and total scumbag of a company! They take advantage of desperate customers by feeding off calls from highway patrol mostly since they are on a rotational call. They pick up your vehicle and refuse to take it where it needs to be taken to get fixed when you request and instead hold it hostage in their yard and demand excessive payment for generally short tows. They are being investigated by authorities and have been featured on local news for doing this over and over to companies. Expect for them to be shut down soon, so follow the owners and make sure they can't open up a new company and do the same thing over and over."

"Full on blowout pulling 17k 5th wheel trailer. Could not find anyone to help me out except excuses. Somehow found Wrecker 1 and they are the Ultimate one stop take care of you with a smile people! They had the equipment and knowledge to get me back on my travels. I went from worrysome to really feeling taken care of. They had no excuses just solutions and delivered in a professional manner. When I first called, the admin staff was giving such great advice that she almost solved my issue free of charge. What I'm saying is that they are more concerned about taking care of you that they will risk losing a paying job to help you out instead of just taking your money! Pure ethics here!
