Many women would attest that embarking on this process alone is daunting enough, but then throw in people who just make the process awful...and well, it becomes unbearable. However, that was not my experience with United BMW. Started process online, via text with Anel, to hash out a price. No games. No hassles. Agreed on a fair price for the car and nothing else. Even had 3rd party inspection w/no hassle. I showed up in person to complete the deal, and he was attentive in person and answered my questions. I waited for the final step, signing. There was a bit of a wait, but they were fairly busy. Ashton was equally as professional & we got through the process with no pushy or gross sales tactics. Amazing... Lastly, as I was getting the vehicle shipped (GA to TN), I appreciated how Anel stuck around for the delivery driver just as he was probably getting off work.
