"Please do not purchase the extended warranty. The associates are not knowledgeable about what the warranty covers or how it works. My mother paid $200 for the extended warranty. We have and still are without a replacement or repair. It's going on 2 months. Since posting this review, After 2 months, My mother went to Badcock and expressed her frustration about how the situation was being handled. I also called the warranty company and after conversing back and forth with the representative, I was finally told to call Badcock for a replacement. I appreciate Badcock for reaching out to me on this review., however it still doesn't change the fact that we waited 2 months for a refrigerator. And that we had such a hard time with the warranty. I still recommend not getting the warranty."

"Came in looking for a sofa, met a wonderful woman named Kristan who showed me around and did her best to find something to fit my style, unfortunately I did not find the sofa of my dreams. She deserves 10/5 stars for her efforts. Unfortunately I give 3 stars because when I did arrive there was an older gray haired employee sleeping on a couch and that was incredibly unprofessional."

"Awesome purchase over the phone , Joey at theThomaston , Ga store answered all my questions and he truly did a step by step and broke everything down regarding costs and warranty info on the product I was very interested in. Never once did he rush me off the phone Needless to say not only did he explain to me that the product was not in store that it had to be ordered from the warehouse to his store for me, He did all this coordinating for my purchase while maintaining a brilliant attitude and excellent phone skills. I hope Joey stays a long long time with Badcock. It’s truly amazing when you actually find a sales person who knows their stuff and can take care of the customer!!! You know, like family.
