"I am not one to complain, as a server myself I am usually super reasonable. Walked into the restaurant with all dirty tables, three girls sitting down talking. Someone sat us, before she did she said “let me clean a table”. They should’ve been cleaned, instead of sitting there. Our waitress Alexis got our drinks, and sat back down with still dirty tables everywhere. We waited for about 10-15 minutes to have our order taken, only reason why it was taken sooner was because the cook had to go tell her to take it because she was to busy sitting down and talking. We were her only table! We got checked on once and had to ask for our ticket, and a box after waiting for a bit. We got a terrible attitude the whole time. You will get better tips or a tip at all if you give good customer service. Lose the attitude and smile at least once, we pay to come out and eat and have good service not to deal with a rude waitress. Do not want to go back."

"Alicia, our server, was one of the highlights at this restaurant! They were short staffed and I know everyone was working their tails off. They all had a smile on their face and she was upbeat and positive during our whole experience! Plus, the food - oh my, the food! I tried a slice of the Southern, the Margherita, and the Piggy Pie. YES, excellence in all three! There wasn't anyone at our table of 9 who was left dissatisfied! We will come back if we're ever in Thomaston again! The individual slices are HUGE!"

"I took my family here on Monday October 9th, 2023 (Thomaston, GA). They were having trivia night, and we were seated right away. After about 10 minutes, the waitress walked up to take our drink orders. After another wait of almost ten minutes, another waitress walked up to take our order. We informed her that we hadn't even seen a menu. We ordered Buffalo chicken fries, which were really good. We also order a jumbo pepperoni pizza and a jumbo Hawaiian pizza. Both pizzas were under cooked and doughy and loaded with grease. There wasn't any use in telling our waitress as she hardly checked on us. This was our first time at this establishment and our last. To add insult to injury, we the bill came, I handed my credit card to the waitress. When she returned, our bill was higher due to adding a surcharge."

"This place is amazing, my family and I love wings..and they were so delicious, fried mushrooms, and loaded buffalo fries. Everything was soo good. Our server was very pleasant and it was her first day! We are very pleased with this restaurant and Alisia our server was AMAZING!!! will definitely be back!!!!! We came for mom's birthday and she definitely enjoyed it!!! Thank you all for the hospitality!!"

"Have loaded my family and came to enjoy the rooftop 3 times now. First (2) times we didn’t call ahead, so when we were told it wasn’t open we were disappointed but understood. This time we specifically called ahead of time and asked. ( we have a 5 year old that’s extremely excited about it) only to get there and be asked to get off rooftop because it’s not open. Never ever will we spend our hard earned money at this establishment again!"
