"LOVE this store. I've been shopping different Home Depot locations over the years, but even when it's apparent that they're short-staffed, the people who work here are especially helpful and knowledgeable. They showed OUT when I went to this location back in July and needed a little extra assistance. I was looking for some water softeners I always get there and verified it was in stock before I even left my house, but the palate they're usually on was empty. I was about to just give up and go home to try another location another day, but an associate near the self-checkout kiosks asked if I needed anything/found everything okay and when I said no and explained the issue, she walked me back to the area to verify and didn't stop until she found the one person in the whole store who could drive the forklift/cherrypicker to grab it for me. When we got back there, there were 2 other customers looking for the same item based on what was posted online. I had to wait a little longer than I'd planned, but it was worth every second of the extra effort to deliver good customer service. I truly appreciated that."

"They never answer the phone and I'm not sure why they offer curbside pickup if they're not going to provide the service. I sat outside for 30 minutes and called and no one answered. If I wanted to go inside, I wouldn't have selected curbside pickup. I know they ignore the calls because when I went inside I called and they never picked the phone up. In fact, the phone never rang once inside the store but it was ringing on my end for the 10 minutes that I was waiting. If they were unable to send someone outside the app should have stated from the beginning to come inside instead of wasting my time or not even presented curbside as an option. Update: I called again and the phone was ringing in the store but you have to be next to the register to hear it because the volume is turned down very low. I asked do they answer the phone and the guy said no. He said that he doesn't even work in that area and that he's just helping out because someone went on their lunch break. Smdh. I wasted an entire hour of my time. If y'all don't have enough employees then start putting these items in lock boxes so customers can just grab them their selves and save ourselves the trouble of dealing with incompetent and inefficient work processes."

"This DIY-selfer is at it again. I found this Anderson 4000 series storm door at Home Depot. I was able to install it myself under an hour without any difficulty. The icing on the cake I brought a piece of the trim to Home Depot, and they matched the paint for my house trim perfectly."
