"The manager was very professional. We had a problem with our tickets. He solved the issue. I lost my phone. He told me don’t worry calm down after the movie he will find it. This is what I call. Excellent customer service."
"I brought my special needs siblings here to watch The Grinch a few weeks ago. There were fourteen of us, so a lot of shuffling around and trying to split up drinks and snacks. The staff were great, super helpful and patient with the large group. The movie didn't have sound at first, but someone brought it to the attention of staff and it was quickly fixed. Lost one star because of the photo booth in the lobby. There needs to be clearer signage on prices. I put in $6 to get pictures with my sister, only to find out after the pictures were taken that it would be another $6 to print them! Why would I pay six bucks just to have pictures taken and walk away?? Total scam. Ended up paying more for a tiny strip of pictures than I did for the movie!"
