"Absolutely frustrating !!! . The toenail polish that was applied came off in 2 days . It’s uneven and not smooth. I called them to redo a few nails , and they said that the nail tech who did my nails , was not available that day and only she could check my nails & redo them .. Also if all the nail polish had gone bad then they would again charge me 15$ for repainting the nails .the receptionist was super rude and unapologetic . I paid 58 $ for spa pedicure ., if this is the quality then for sure I won’t be coming back to this salon .. please don’t waste your money guys .. go to a better nail salon .."

"I couldn't make it to my normal Nail Spa, so I walked into this one. Big mistake! I asked for them to soak off my SNS and clean up my nails then add on a clear topcoat. Trying to give my nails a break. They used the grinder to get the top layer of SNS off then only soaked my nails for like 5 minutes and used the grinder again, and again!! She did shape them. However, she followed up with an awful pink color when I asked for clear! Told me to wait and dry, "you like when dry" I was sitting there drying when she stood up, grabbed her wallet then walked out of the spa...! She never came back waited almost an hour then asked another lady for help. She said you wait and dry so you don't mess up the nails. I said I've been here for a while, this is not what I asked for. "Oh no, why you no like, why not ok, pretty." They struggled with speaking to me, so I finally gave up. Needless to say, I walked out disappointed with money spent on something I didn't want and the polish wasn't even applied well!"

"Listen y’all. If you’re looking for a place that is classy, where EVERYONE does a good job, and prices aren’t too high. This is the place for you. Every time I go I don’t even bother scheduling with one person because i know everyone there is going to do well. Today, I went to another nail salon out of convenience and they did not good at all. So, I came here (somewhere I’m used to and know well), and they were quick to fix my problem. Sam did an amazing job!! And is very detail oriented but didn’t take long at ALL."

"Absolutely horrible pedicure. The toenail polish was sloppily applied. It’s uneven and not smooth. After I left the salon, I went back in a few minutes later after inspecting my toes and seeing the poor application of polish. When I informed the receptionist she didn’t apologize and was very nonchalant and dismissive. The nail technician came to fix my toes and blamed it on my cuticles. Ridiculous. I will not be returning."

"I have been very happy with my nails being custom designed by the nail artist named Lana. She's very patient, extremely skilled and an expert in helping me create the fun designs I choose when I go for a mom/daughter day to get acrylic nails painted. She not only creates the look I want, she is fabulous at choosing colors and adding fun gems. I never had my nails done before and now I look forward to finding a new look every month or so! My acrylic nails made by Lana are nice and thick and the paint has NEVER chipped. She makes sure that my hands are under the setting light for the right length of time. The acrylic nails are MUCH stronger than my own nails. ONLY ONE nail has ever broken and it was already growing out about 3 weeks ago it was getting to be time to get them redone. And I opened a can of soda with my thumb nail and the end snapped off. That's totally my fault. They are not as strong as a can opener! LOL Here are a few photos! ASK FOR LANA"
