"I don’t even want to give a star because one employee completely ruined my hair and if you go and complain and ask for an owner or management, they all practically gang up on you. I went back the next day to get some type of fix for it and all they could do was give me my money back. I wouldn’t even think they would know how to fix it after what happened to my hair. I only have about 4 inches if that of healthy hair. The rest 5-7 inches is completely fried. I can’t do anything with my hair besides put it in a pony tail and I can’t do anything with my hair for months. I have a wedding shower next weekend to attend and a wedding in March. I don’t even want to attend those because of how my hair looks"
