I found they are much affordable compared to other places I went before. The establishment also provides pedicures and they are great too and they always maintain hygiene and look so clean. "I had a really fantastic experience at Grand Nail Salon. I was a little skeptical after reading some of the other reviews, but decided to give it a try due to convenience, and I’m glad I did. I was seated immediately with no appointment, and they started as soon as I sat down. They never once tried to upsell my pedicure (I read in prior reviews this might have been an issue) but I got a basic pedicure and they were happy. My pedicure was exactly what I wanted and I will absolutely be returning."
"I had an appointment at 9:30. I was the first one in line. I was told by the other 20-25 people waiting outside that today was Homecoming, but the salon obviously did not know, or care. Finally when they opened the doors 15 minutes late,, clearly surprised of all the people waiting. I sat in my chair for 15 minutes before anyone began. I had to tell them 3xs that the water was too cold. Then I was told they couldn’t do my nails because they were too busy. Remember, I had an appointment. I absolutely will not be coming back to this salon, and I’ll tell friends and family to steer clear as well."
"this was the best nail place i've been to! we came as walk-ins and they instantly helped us out and started on our nails. the workers were so kind to my little sister and cousin. teresa did my nails, and i'm in love with them (definitely ask for her!). i live in chicago, and i wish i was closer so i could have her do my nails again! seriously an amazing experience!"
