"We have been coming to this location for over a year. Used to have a regular waitress, Alicia until she left for a better job. She was wonderful and always made sure everything was perfect. Since then we have tried eating here about 5-10 times and every single time it's ridiculously bad. Either the food is bad, cold, wrong, or the service plain sucks. We have believed the servers have been drunk or high. It's like they simply don't care. We've tried explaining to the managers and they are just as bad. Today we get the "oh our tablet glitched" and that's why the food isn't coming out all at the same time. The manager came over and we explained this is becoming a habit and she frankly didn't care and walked off as I was calmly explaining our disappointing experience. Her name was Tracy. She did remake the food so it all came out as once but man I tell ya. If I could give this place a -10 for service I would. Mcdonalds employees give better service than this place. Empty glasses is an often thing here."

"This was a once very traumatic experience of an establishment to visit and so I stopped. Thus be the powers beyond me sometimes some family came into town and wanted to eat here against NY begging and plea to not do so for the underwhelming service that would await. I can say that whatever has changed be it managers or staff I was very pleased at the 2 visits since as the food was great and my drink never ran dry and staff was actually around to assist when needed. Great turnaround and hope it continues."

"Came in tonight after work with my wife. The restaurant was full and busy. Our waiter Ian was amazing, even with multiple large tables he found time to swing by on a regular basis and make sure we were ok. He was super friendly and very knowledgeable about the menu. If you want a great dinning experience swing by the Woodstock Chilli's and ask for Ian."

"Chili's normally gets a bad reputation cause it's been around a long time. Normally, I avoid it cause of that. But some coworkers said they like this one. So we tried it. Food 9/10 (all the food was actually really good. Only rated a 9 cause of the ribs. But there's only so much a place like that can do with ribs that doesn't involve real wood and a smoked a long time.) Service 10/10 top notch best we've had since covid started 4 years ago. Cleanliness 10/10 Wait time 10/10 they were actually pretty busy, and we still got a table quiet"

"Had dinner here on a Tuesday evening. There was no wait. Got the Chips with Trio dip which comes with 3 dips you can choose. We got guacamole, salsa and skillet queso. All three dips were great. We also got some appetizers as our main dish which were tye southwest egg rolls and mozzarella sticks. The main dish I got was the cajun chicken pasta. The food was great. The service was slow."
