Kia at Pye

"Absolutely honest review: Michael is service has always been nice & tries to help, but his hands are tied with any decisions. My mom has a Kia Sedona. We took it in for a recall & while there had some other work done due to the oil housing etc which cost over $1200.00. Well the van still leaks oil horribly to the point we have had to put 4 quarts of oil in it. I’ve had two shops look at it & even video proof from one showing where the leak is so bad! I forwarded the videos to Michael as he requested but his hands are tied due to the manager GREG being too busy to ever get back to me. I have left multiple msgs for him to get back to be & when mentioning getting the owner to call me apparently MR. PYE can’t be bothered to do so! This is disgusting to me! When you run a business or manage a business you take time to talk to the customer because if not you would not have any business. This has been going on for a month or more! I gave one star bc of Michael was the only one trying to be helpful."

"We bought a 2023 Telluride several months ago from Pye Kia. The purchase experience was great. Temple was the salesman. He was such a polite young man. We have 3,000 miles on the car and it shuts down on my wife on the highway. Tried to get Kia roadside assistance for help but we kept getting disconnected so i called my own tow service. While the Telluride was in the shop they damaged the hatch lid. The said sorry about that but we will have repaired at no cost to you. The problem for me is that i brought a new car into the shop but they want to take a car back that has body damage. With no compensation. I ask that they just replace the car but was told that their insurance company would not do that. I told them that their Insurance company didn’t damage my car. Pye did. The Integrity of the General manager Mr Black is non existent. I ask to speak with owner about this and was told NO. The issue is still unresolved. Would love to speak to Johnny Pye Jr. about this issue. UPDATE: Pye (Greg Black and Johnny Pye Jr. ) Sent my car to the body shop without my permission. I guess they can just do what they want too. The service department would not even call me to tell me that this was going to happen. I strongly suggest that you make your Kia purchase from a more reputable dealership. This will be my last experience with any dealership with the Pye name. Its a shame to see the Pye name be destroyed by a guy that didn’t learn how to do the right thing. P.S. The repair was done by Babbs body shop in Chatsworth. They did a great job. This is the only reason i am not taking this to the next level."

"My latest experience was far better than previous at this dealership. I came in for some recall work that was completed in a timely manner. The host gave me an honest analysis of the status of other parts without scare tactics requiring instant service. Kind of restored my faith in Pye, glad they're hiring better folks."

"They are thieves, they lasted 5 months with my Kia Sorrento and they never fixed it, supposedly they fixed it and they charged me 7,000 dollars, it didn't work!!! I took it back and they wanted another 8,000 dollars more than because it had no guarantee!! 2801 PYE Kia Dalton Ga. The most terrible service and jobs."
