"This place is slowly going down hill. This is why they are always empty!!! I paid $42 for 6 beers!!!! Am I exaggerating??? This is crazy. I don’t mind paying for what’s right, but come on dude. A six pack is what 10-12, so you trynna make $30 of a six pack??? Wild. And don’t get me started on the price of food. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, you’re not missing out on anything."

"While my sister and I were searching for brunch places in the area I saw the pineapple drink and website for Mariscos Las Islitas. We decided to come in for brunch/dinner the next day to try the pineapple drink and menu. I only gave 4 stars there was a 18% service fee added to bill that was not explained as well as a tip was expected. The pineapple drink was great and the server did bring iPad with menu when we could not get online menu scanned however service fee made meal too expensive."

"It was a horrible experience the food was nasty they couldn’t give us a price if we wanted to replace the chicken with more fajitas we offered to pay extra n the beans and rice was gross. The queso was all watery . My worst experience at a me vivan restaurant. They need to hire new kitchen staff . The server step up your game and know what you have and sell its knowledge. Will never recommend this place . Ridiculous prices and horrible presentation of food ."

"We went a few weeks ago to Mariscos and I highly recommend. The food was flavorful and fresh. We enjoyed the oysters, empanadas and seafood platters. The service was great. Go check them out for yourself!"

"An outstanding place to eat, and on our visit on a Saturday night we were treated with the entertainment of Javier Sarmiento. Don't let the outside of the building fool you; this place was rocking. This was one of the best meals I have ever experienced. Ceviche with chips served as an opening appetizer instead of the regular salsa and the flavor was incredible. Had the house special called Combinacion Las Islitas which consisted of skirt steak and stuffed lobster with a spicy sauce. The stuffing was shrimp, octopus, scallops, and chunks of fish. Unbelievably delicious! Served with rice and vegetables. Son had a large shrimp dinner that was also incredible. Outstanding bar with lots of specialty drinks will not let you down. Google this place for their address when you're in the Kennesaw/Smyrna, GA area and you'll be glad you did. This is an authentic Mexican restaurant and they speak both English and Spanish, but mostly Spanish, however, don't let the language barrier stop you from going. This place was "off the chain" delicious! Highly recommend! We had a birthday girl, too, and they helped us celebrate in style. Go visit these great folks. You'll be glad you did."
