"I wouldn’t go to Mavis shops in general anymore. After finding a $60 overcharge on my invoice they failed to price match a cheaper price I found on the same tire. I was charged $86 instead of the $66. The gentleman up front was kind friendly and very professional but told me he couldn’t price match because Mavis paid more than the price I found. That’s not my problem. They advertised that they price match but when it comes down to it only if they are not losing money. If Mavis does lose money they will not stick to their price match guarantee. On that principle I will not be giving them any more business."
"I visited this place to fix the flat tire. Price was fair with my budget. The manager and the other guy at the counter were so kind. A gentleman who has a good-looking beard took my car to fix it. It takes around 30 minutes. I'm very grateful for their service and assistance."
"I went here to put air in my tires and was greeted at the air pump. Cartet(I think that's his name) too a look at my tires and stated they needed replacing. I wasn't prepared to replace my tires but the sales team gave me a great deal for all four tires and a wheel alignment. I'm happy I stopped here and now I feel much safer driving g down the road. Thanks to Matt, Carter and Sean. They are all great. Definitely recommend this place."
"I've been getting my cars repaired for 40+ years so I know what good service looks like and these guys provide it. They were very focused on the assignment without pushing me on other things that I didn't ask for. My key contact was Matt and he was straightforward with all the necessary facts and made sure that the job was done right. I didn't know that Mavis stores were all corporate, which makes a difference in this world of uneven and sometimes poorly run franchise-operated stores. I'll be back to this Mavis location the next time I need anything done on my vehicle."
