"Came in for an oil change. For some unknown reason they decided to pull a spark plug, which they promptly broke. To make matters worse, they don't have the tool it takes to fix it. Why a mechanic doesn't have spark plug tools.is beyond me, but here we are. Anyway, 2.5 hours into an oil change and I'm leaving the vehicle with them until tomorrow. Don't even bother stopping at this location. The incompetence is palatable."

"This place is impossibly slow. Had 10 am appointment it is now 1:52 and we still don’t have our vehicle. 4 tires and an alignment was the only thing being done. How are they still in business? I am from MD I told my son take his car to pep boys because we had such a good experience before. But not only will I not go to this pep boys I won’t go to any other. Next time we will just pay more and go some place with better service and consideration for our time. Sadly enough my son paid in full before the service. So now he is late for work. This place is costing him money. If you value your time as well as your money I would advise going somewhere else for tires and service. Well it’s 2:10 he finally got the truck back. It took 4 hours. Looks like it takes them an hour a tire."

"I got 4 brand new Goodyear tires and had them installed all here. I was never offered a warranty to my knowledge. 3 days after installation there was a giant nail in my right rear tire. Now, our previous tires we had for 5 years and never had a flat or any issues. So either they knew or it was extremely bad luck. Either way I was told I would have to buy a brand new tire and there was nothing they could do. I took my car down the street to Al Baraka Tire Co for a second opinion. They did confirm it was Un-repairable but they were way more experienced and friendly. They also hooked me up with a brand new tire and installed it for a great price. Pep boys didn’t even try or say they had anything in stock. Not giving a 1 star but also whether it was extreme bad luck or something sleezy I personally just won’t go back to Pep Boys just in case."

"I had an appt for 9am Sunday, still waiting for my car at 12:09pm. 3 hours + for an oil change. The lady at the front desk gave me a free oil change for next time but I question if I will have to wait this long again when other places take 30 min of less to do an oil change"
