"I looked up my nearest auto technician with sound and luckily this place came up. I was nervous going into it because I don’t know a lot about cars and I get scared that people will take advantage of that but this company not only did the opposite of that, they truly took care of me and I left happy and smiling excited to drive with my new merchandise! "Literally had to get another mechanic to fix a problem they caused with their faulty camera that they installed and it blew a fuse. they blamed it on my alternator but I brought them a perfectly working car. Turns out the new mechanic fixed it just a simple fuse that they put in the wrong place while fixing the camera and they did not reimburse me for the other mechanic fixes nor the faulty camera..."

"Worst audio place I’ve ever been to. They installed speakers in my grill and blew all my speakers on the car. I left a bad review and came back for a refund and the owner tried to extort me. Basically saying if I didn’t change my review I wasn’t entitled to a refund. I paid $260 dollars for sim wire to be ran and speakers zip tied down. I took my car to Gwinnett Sound and they go the job done the right way no issue at all and the price was half of what I paid at Chavez. Owner will tel you to look at how many google reviews he has but also look at his yelp rating it think I better reflects the typ of business he does. WORST CAR AUDIO SHOP IVE EVER DONE BUSINESS WITH!!!! Save your money go to the pros at Gwinnett Sound. And I was only refunded $150 of the $260 I paid. And I bet you owner argues after I post this review. If I could I would have giving a half star"
