"This is the worst company when delivering parts to the mechanics to fix a customers car! The mechanics at Franks Automotive have had my car up and ready to repair since 9 AM. It is now 12:28pm and they are still waiting for these people to bring the part so that they can change out my thermostat and housing. Today is July 10, 2023 and I am the only customer sitting here since the doors open because this company keeps lying to the service writer @ Franks Automotive. She called them 5 times and keep saying the parts will be there in 15 minutes. They don’t care because they are not the customer waiting hours upon hours upon hours!"
