"Had just moved to the area from out of state with my 2008 Chevy Avalanche (Rebuilt Title) and ran into the wonderful Georgia requirement of needing to pass a State Inspection. And because of all the years of the hard winters of North East Ohio, there was major rust on the Frame that caused it to FAIL INSPECTION. With having invested in a New Engine and Suspension, we needed to make a serious decision regarding Frame Replacement. After talking to several local shops was convinced this was not a viable option. And then we found Connors Frame and Body. As past reviews have said, don't be fooled by it's low key appearance. These guys know what they're doing and have the expertise and skills for the most challenging jobs -- And what I brought them was definitely challenging. If I hadn't just put a rebuilt engine in the truck, this would have been an easy NO GO decision. But after speaking with Emil (the owner) and Marc, I decided that not only was Frame Replacement an option, but that I'd trust no one other than Emil and Connors Frame and Body. Again this was not an easy job and once they started to disassemble the vehicle we found that the years of rust had done more damage than expected. But again given the money I already had invested and Emil and team's insights and suggestions, we had them replace anything that might prove at later date to be a structural risk. And (weeks later) I drove away with a vehicle that I feel will not only be safe on the road, but will be good for years and years. And most important -- It passed State Inspection!! I know Emil is expanding the services of the business to include Custom Paint and Restoration, but regardless of what you might bring to these guys, I feel confident that you will not be disappointed in the work they do. "I was referred to Connor’s Frame & Body from my trusted auto mechanic in the Buckhead area who did not provide the particular service I needed. It was a bit further out from my locale then some other options, however I can say that the level of service I was provided was absolutely outstanding, and at a significantly more reasonable price then my other local options. While at first Connor’s may seem humble in its appearances, the quality of my repair was absolutely flawless and exceeded my expectations. My 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee was in need of repair to the fender, repair to internal components of the bumper and fender, and painting of the fender and bumper. While other shops insisted I needed to completely replace the fender, Connor’s was able to deliver on its promise to fully restore the damaged parts and successfully blend the paints. By the time the job was finished, I could never even tell there had been damage in the first place. Marc Connor was genuinely kind and helpful throughout the entire process, and was completely transparent in terms of his pricing. He gave me a clear breakdown of the cost of the part and labor, including during mid repair when they determined they needed a replacement internal part not quoted in the original assessment.
