"Not pleased at all, had trouble finding a fuse a auto part stores so took truck over to the shop to see if they had a fuse, they ended up getting one for $15 but then charged me $225 to let me know I needed a fuse…"

"This is the worst shop in the entire area. We paid over $2,500 to have the truck repaired and it still will not start. Instead they can back with another issue of a fuel pump (maybe). We asked for a price quote on the repair no one called us back. We have called several times and line goes to voicemail. They did not complete the DPF work and the filter is still black, although that claims that it was baked and cleaned. We asked them for the itemized list of work performed, where the filter was cleaned but we are not getting a response. Please don't call then for repairs or take your vehicle there. They cannot fix anything."

"I wish I could give them a 0. They stood me up after waiting 5 hours for them to arrive. So I called to get an update and I didn’t receive an apology for them wasting my time. I was told that the mechanic was now on the way -which was a lie. They didn’t even have the decency to call me to notify me. Very unprofessional. Stay away."

"The were very professional and took the time to listen my issue. We were right down the road so they didn't even charge me any extra trip fee. They kept me in the loop thru the whole process. They tell you the fees upfront, but you have to pay attention or you will miss it and ask later what is this for. For example: if the labor rate is $118 an hr and the dispatch and only use 1 hr you will still be charged for 1.5 hrs. It is printed on their estimate sheet and you won't notice it unless you pay attention and read it that it says clearly minimum road call is 1.5 hrs. So you just have to pay attention to details to notice things like this with any shop. Lots of places do the same thing."

"Started out great i needed a pittman arm. We found out that no one had new parts in stock so one would need to be procured from the junkyard in ellenwood. I agreed to pay 100 dollars for someone to go pick up the part and bring it back which was 20 mins away one way(according to google maps). From there the drag link was busted trying to remove the pitman arm so i asked that they take that part to be sized for replacement also( i was told the part cost 300 dollars and actual customer cost from freightliner without markup was 176. They left the part and didnt take any cash(management issue) and were gone until 400 at which point the manager is complaining i didnt give them cash before they left. I tell him about the broken part and 20 mins later i get a call saying they dont have the part. Long story short they had the part and gave them another drag link that i was charged 125 for that was much worse than the busted one by the mechanics admission. By now i made it to upper management as the location manager was attempting to charge me extra for what i must assume was another paying side job(2 mechanics went to the junkyard), and he wanted me to pay for from 1:30pm to 5pm. After the guys got back i told them not to install a bad part and asked about getting my kingpins checked and i was told one was bad. We agreed on 1100 labor for the job to be completed including labor for the current day which was about one hour. 20 mins of diagnostic time and time getting the part and i proceeded to order parts. The next morning i got a completely different story and labor being quoted as 1600 i believe in addition to a 250 dollar markup on parts because there night guy oked ordering on there account for the delivery to be able to occur. I think this place has some good people as i was very impressed at first, however the greed is much more abhorrent. I ended up paying about 1100 dollars total 420 in labor for replace the pittman arm and drag link. 460 in parts with 125 part to be pictured. 150 dollars in transportation and lodging for one night when the big job did not get done plus missed appointments. If you expect professionals who have courtesy when dealing with paying customers then try another place. If you dont mind paying double a job for the mechanics relaxing on your dime and over 30 percent markup on parts, then this is the place for you"
