"I went to Jiffy Libe to get my oil changed. The service I received was excellent!! Everyone I had contact with was friendly, very polite and respectful! The manager was training a new employee and his training skills were excellent also. They did a thorough review of my car and kept me informed of everything. I needed a new air filter so the manager WENT TO GET IT BECAUSE the auto parts store didn’t have a driver at the time. He didn’t want me to wait for a long period of time!!! THAT IS WHAT I CALL GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!"
"Waited 2 hours and paid double of the quoted price. The manager was in charge of the maintenance and work of my car. To be completely honest, I have little or no care about cost, but I do care about inconsiderate liars. Do not quote me and then charge me for a part, that I asked in DEEP detail about before agreeing, that cost more than the quote! They picked the right one today. If you’re looking for a genuine service and/or mechanic, stay away for this place. To put things in perspective, I waited 2 hours and paid $589.91 for a tune-up that I was quoted $350 on. Not only was my tune-up incomplete but I was very clearly lied to about the pricing. I hope they get commissions. I hope this helped!"
"I am a pretty loyal customer. I like to find places that are really good at what they do and I’ll keep coming back and I’ll send my friends because I won’t get service done any where else. This Jiffy Lube was The One. I forgot the guy who helps me name, but he is always so nice and very professional. They let me know what’s wrong with my cars if there’s anything at all. They always give me a few tips for keeping my car up to a decent standard. Their bathroom is always clean. The waiting area is nice and quiet enough to relax. The service is always decent with time, like it’s always fast even if they are busy."
