"It’s nearly impossible to make an appointment. I’m always told just be first in line when they open at 7. Since everyone is told that and appointments aren’t made, kept, or honored everyone starts lining up about 6:30am. Spent $135 for oil and filter change this morning. Came out to a “ready” truck with greasy hand prints and a missing/left off oil fill cap."
