"I would not recommend this attorney. I had set up a meeting with him and when I got to his office I was informed that my appointment had been taken off the book. I was not notified of this prior to an 85 mile drive to his office and losing a day's work. He was not even at the office and I had to sit and wait over an hour for him to show up. Upon meeting with Mr Ellison, he was not able to produce the documents he had previously told me he had in his possession concerning my fathers estate. After the meeting several months ago, my attorney has tried contacting Mr. Ellison several times concerning the missing documents and still he has not responded.
