"Unprofessional! My mother has been waiting on her settlement money for a few weeks now, which is fine thinking that it takes time. we have never been in a situation like this so I told her to be patient as I know it’s a process. But she didn’t listen to me. She drove to his office because it’s hard to reach Mr. Murphy after leaving him a message the first time. Which he never called back. So she’s now at the office and I was on speaker phone, one of his assistants said that he isn’t here so I left another message for him to call me, And so he did the next morning. Just for him to tell me that the hold up was her not signing some paperwork that his assistant emailed to my mom, Which he didn’t (there was no email on file) so he said he’ll have his assistant send it.. And when Mr Murphy’s Assistant called me asking for my mother’s email address. I told her respectfully my mother will be up there personally to sign the paperwork. Yes, I was upset because my mom was at the office prior to that phone call and nobody said anything about her signing anything. And the assistant seem like she had an attitude because I told her that. She started to explain her personal issues, which had nothing to do with my concern and why the communication was off on there end. Which is causing another delay."
