"I am shocked and dismayed at the fact that I handed a young woman a thumb drive to print documents from and maliciously all the files were deleted from each folder when there was no need to go into those folders all files were outside as explained. It is a good thing those files were backed up, but imagine the devastating results had the files not been backed up. As a customer, I was respectful and courteous and undeserving of this treatment. This is alarming as now in order to seek like I need good customer service will have to venture far off to a different service location. The manager was in the same room when this occured. Really shocked and saddened. I hope my personal files weren't saved on any of the stores machines to pilfer important information off of. This is how this makes one feel"

"I LOVE THIS LOCATION! Although they usually have a line whenever I come to return a package, the employees try to go as fast as they possibly can while still being helpful and explaining things as thoroughly as they can. They usually welcome each customer if they are not already busy with one. Also at first glance there seems to be 5 employees three boys and two girls, but I soon found out that one of the “guys” is actually non-binary which makes me happy as a non-binary person myself. Definitely recommend coming here."
