""no sit no try" really? I can go take a $120,000 Mercedes out for a test drive but my son can't open the door of your insanely marked up $600 ride on without receiving the wrath of your "customer service" associate? No way. Avoid this place like the horrible company it is. Is this even a real store or just a money laundering business - no way they are making any sales with that attitude. Someone check the books!"

"AVOID THIS PLACE!! When stepping into King of Toys, you are entering a third world establishment. Owned and operated by unscrupulous scammers, this place is devoid of any shred of integrity or honesty. They prey on swindling kids and shoppers that are unaware of their policies of no exchanges or refunds. On top of that, the inventory they stock is mostly low quality garbage that you can find for way less money on Amazon anyway. There is literally no reason to subject yourself and your wallet to this kind of place. Northpoint Mall should be ashamed to let this place operate under its roof."

"I took my 9 year old son to the mall for his birthday a month ago. He's my parents' only grandchild so they spoil him and wanted to buy him something nice. We walk in and the storekeeper (I got the impression she was the owner) really laid it on thick with the high pressure used car sales pitch. My dad's appearance is modest but he is independently wealthy and was prepared to purchase one of their outrageously marked up electric vehicles. Until the pushy lady chastised my son for picking up a small cheap plastic toy school bus. Like was needlessly mean about it. He wasn't mishandling it or being rough, merely held it for a moment to give it a look. She sized us up, incorrectly assumed we weren't there to buy and ran us out of the store with her rude behavior. We strolled across the hall to LegoLand where employees actually like kids and dropped an insane sum on a really expensive set. That sale would have gone to this place had the clerk offered us a modicum of politeness. But she blew it."

"We bought a car which was $800. My kid is not happy with a car and he is 11months old. We came to store to ask if we could return since we haven’t used it once as well. I am ready to return on $600. Its a new car and haven’t really used it. Please help us assist with a return process."
