"The first time I called there was apparently a bad phone connection, and the lady that answered the phone was quite rude. As I was talking, she abruptly cut in and said “I can’t understand a thing you’re saying” and then proceeded to make noises demonstrating what I sounded like on her end. Well, I was insulted, but I let that go, and called back with my question. It sounded like someone else answered the phone and was a little more pleasant. I needed a mirror cut, but after several days I called to check on the status, and was told they didn’t know when they would be able to get to it. I told the lady I needed it within the next two days, and would have to go somewhere else if they couldn’t get to it. She acted like she could care less. I went to another glass shop within just a few miles, and got what I needed within 10 minutes that very day. Plus, I experienced great customer service. If you need a good glass company, I know who to recommend."
