"Complete Disaster of a shop. I fixed my car here and spent over 7k on fixing it. My car started falling apart 2 weeks after i picked it up. The owner is rude and completly disgusting man. He will do anything to get your money. You can take your car to anyother place here in lee county or albany but I pray that you do not go here and get yourself played like i got. You are better off fixong it with yourself. He will tell all the lies he can to push up the price and feed off you. Please find a decent guy elsewhere."

"The owner here is a complete con man, trying to get you believing on a bunch of wrong information and making sure he profits off your loss. Went in cause my alternator was not working. He made me believe that the engine was gone. Tried to buy my car off me for cheap like 500$ and when i refused and asked him to fix. He charged me 9800$ and not upfront. First he said 2500$ then later on when i called in he added another 3000$ saying something was gone and so on. by the time i finally got my car i ended up paying 9800$. Do yourself a favor and find another shop. I suggest lee county Auto service. They are best around here in town and also compared to albany. take your car to Lee county auto to be treated fair. Save yourself from this guy and this place. CONMAN"

"Had a problem with Honda Odyssey and Denzel and his guys figured out a problem that no other shop in Southwest Ga was able to find. Definitely has the best warranty any shop has to offer in the area. Also very reasonable prices. To add icing on the cake, he had his guys wash and detail my car without me even asking. "My parent's car was damaged in the January 2nd storm in Albany, Ga. Duren Paint & Body came highly recommended from a friend. Duren employee Jeff refused to give us an estimate on the vehicle UNLESS he saw the estimate my insurance company gave FIRST. He told us he had to work off of the insurance estimate, and tried to assure us this was the correct process. Well Jeff is wrong. I have insurance experience myself - so I know that Duren should be able to give an estimate of the damages simply based off of their expertise, right?! They are an auto body shop, correct? I honestly feel as if Duren was trying to get over on my family during a sensitive time for our community due to all the tornadoes. Before Jeff hung up with my dad, Jeff accused him of trying to "pocket money". TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL! We have been misplaced because of the storms and are trying to rebuild. The last thing we'd think of is trying to pocket money, especially during this time. How dare he insinuate this? Well, it's safe to say that we will not be Duren - now, nor in the future and will not be recommending them to anyone we know."

"Wonderful guys over there! Had a small cosmetic issue with my bumper that was fixed with a pair of pliers and five minutes of time. Jeff was honest about what needed to be done and fixed it for me for free because it was so simple. He could have lied to me and charged me an arm and a leg and I wouldn't have been any wiser. So, if you are looking for a good group of people who still believe in customer service and honesty- these are the guys to see!"
