"This fella is remarkable. We recently moved to the area and are living in an RV on our farm. With the deep freeze we experienced a number of issues with the plumbing. We had no hot water. We randomly selected this business from Google along with 5 others. Brock was the only one to return our call (on the Monday of Christmas holiday mind you). He spent quite a bit of time on the phone working me through what might be wrong and with his advice we have hot water again. We haven’t had the pleasure of meeeting Brock as of yet but for sure he’s one heck of a good fella !!!"

"Our camper door locked itsself, locking us out, keys inside. We were at a gas station fueling up and having lunch We called Brock's and he was en route immediately. I crawled through a baggage compartment and unlocked it so we cancelled Brock's rv service about 10 minutes after dispatch. He was very understanding and didn't charge us a service call."
