"Had a car scheduled to rent two weeks before pick up, we live in Cadiz Kentucky and was coming to Eufaula to fish in a bass fishing tournament, our wives came with us and needed a vehicle to get around in for three days while we were in the tournament, went to pick up the car at the scheduled time and no car was available. We came here to enjoy vacation and now they are stuck in a rental home while we are gone all day fishing. Very unprofessional"

"I made a reservation for a truck. My car was being repaired, I needed to take my child to a drs appointment and since I was renting a truck, my husband took off work to use the bed of the truck to haul and things we needed. I live 45 minutes from this location. We arrived early for my scheduled pickup @ 8:30 am to be sure to give plenty of time. The clerk didn't arrive until 9. A truck was not available to rent, she didn't know what she would have available, I'd have to wait even longer for her to even look. I was the first of 4 people waiting to be taken care of. The entire experience was completely unprofessional. I do not recommend using this location. Upon reading others reviews and speaking to others, all of this is normal for this location. If you have other options for a rental, go there!"

"Enterprise rent a car as a whole needs to do a much better job on their website making clear their policy regarding debit cards, and PayPal vs. "bank issued" cards. Had big plans ruined because of this issue. Spoke to the guy at this location on the phone, he said I was good to go, and to come on, only to get there and find out he wouldn't take my card."
