"i am from michigan i broke down around 1/2 mile from their shop when they towed they didnt give me an alternate location option it was only their shop because they were the ones that wanted to screw me more they charged me a night of storage because they were not open sunday so all said and done it was 475 bucks absolutely do not recommend very disrespectful and un professional!!"

"I see these great reviews for this company. I would’ve loved to write a nice review. I called to see if I was about to get my house keys from them someway and before I can even finish my sentence a man cut me off and said no we’re closed until Monday. I explained I do need my house keys can I pls find a way to get them? he continues to cut me off. It’s the holidays and now I can’t get into my home until Monday and it’s Thursday. I do understand places are closed on holidays but he was not considered that I was locked out of my home, I just moved to Georgia and do not have much family out here at all. Unfortunately i didn’t get the hospitality that you all received."

"I just want to give a big shout out to Buice Towing. I was meeting my daughter off Rumble Road last evening when she called me in a full panic. We were going to a location we were both unfamiliar with when she made a turn to go over the railroad tracks. A car in the opposite direction had on blinding lights which caused her to make a right too soon landing her on the railroad tracks, straddling them. She immediately called me and I told her to call 911 and exit her vehicle. Buice was called by Monroe County and the gentleman who arrived on the scene was able to remove her vehicle with no damage being incurred and he was so nice, which is so refreshing in these days we are living in. Thank you, thank you, thank you. It hurt me to have to make that payment but so thankful my girl is ok and her car is ok."
