Performance Diesel

"Back in November I took my truck in for a coolant leak, they did what they were suppose to do concerning the coolant leak, but left me with oil leaks. I picked the truck up on December 8 , mind you I paid out $15,000. I went back in January to inform them of the leaks and basically it ended up put back on me. The leaks are from the a wire harness in front of the engine and over by the turbo components leading into the engine. The mechanic said they did not remove the any components from the turbo to put the engine back together, how would they know if they put it back together correctly if they didn’t? They wanted to charge me to remove the components to find out where the leak is coming from and charge me to do so when it should have been properly done in the first place. Now I am going to have to find and pay someone for something that they should have taken care of without charging me especially after paying that kind of money out. Now the labor warranty is about to run out and I am left with the repair cost."

"I just want to Thank the staff at Performance Diesel for doing a great job on my truck repair. I have a Intenational Day cab that had a pretty bad oil leak which I was told was probably a front cover leak. John & his staff at Performance Diesel went to work on it & discovered it was more serious than a front cover seal. When I first bought this truck in July 2022 from Arrow Truck Sales, they called me & told me the Camshaft & Camshaft Rollers had to be replaced at a repair shop they utilize for their repairs in Jonesboro Ga. before I pick up the truck. Well It turned out that, this repair shop in Jonesboro did not tighten the camshaft bolts tight so everything was damaged in the camshaft including the rollers. Performance Diesel showed me the damage, gave me my estimate & my ETA on my truck. They kept to the timeline & had me running in 4 days. I've had absolutely no leaks or issue with the truck. "My truck absolutely died a few months ago on a Friday and I had to have it towed to my house. I had my usual mechanic look at it on Sunday afternoon (he had been out of town) and he could not find the problem. I called Performance Diesel on Monday morning. I had never used them before. They pretty much diagnosed the problem over the phone and we talked about having it towed to Jackson (2-2.5 hours away). It was loaded and wouldn't start, so that was not a good option. Brad sent a technician (JT - Awesome guy) to my shop and within 2 hours, we had a new ECM and she was running like a charm. I don't know of many diesel shops, this day in time, that would send a tech 2.5 hours to accomodate us, especially since we were not an established customer. Their customer service and road service are both top notch!"
